How it works

Every career move has gaps — the distance between where you are and where you want to be. Not all gaps are equal:

Width = how big is the gap? Criticality = how much does it matter? Closeability = how easily can you close it? The priority formula (Width × Criticality ÷ Closeability) tells you what to work on first.
